You’ll be onboarded in a beginner-friendly way, with checklists to keep you on track and an explanation of your potential future if you stick it out.
We’ll audit your daily schedule and work around it. We’ve got time-saving blueprints such as calendar automation, shift work tips, routine optimisation and other time-saving tips.
Our coaches are great at keeping you accountable and working towards your ultimate goal. We’ll check in on you regularly so that even on low days, we’ll give you the buzz you need to get out there and win. Initially, we’ll work out your fitness through a fitness baseline test; wherever the result may be, we can work with it. We have solutions for everybody, no matter their fitness, even if they have never exercised seriously before.

There will be step-by-step guides, video tutorials and daily reminders and other documents that make sure you have all you need to reach success.
Our coaches will be able to go over things with you whenever it suits. We will also make sure you adopt all of the best beginner habits and incorporate them into your life by second nature so that training becomes easy for you.
We know that life is always changing, and sometimes you might not get all the training done. If this happens to you, don’t worry – we pick back up from where you left off with a mini recovery week redesign to get you back to where you were with ease. If motivation is lacking, we will also provide a mindset refresh session where we work out methods to get you training even on the tough days.
Our plans are always flexible and work around your life. If something changes or you can’t complete the training that has been set for you, we can easily find alternate ways of fitting it into your busy schedule. If you’re in a pinch, we’ll even teach you how to modify the plan on your own so you can change at a moment’s notice.
Our system aims to take as much time and effort out of training by keeping it simple, efficient and effective, but it will always take commitment to get results. We’ll also constantly be setting you micro-goals as you progress, so you can keep tabs on your progress throughout the training.
